Private beta — now inviting 10 agencies

Your website is online. But are your leads getting through?

Thruwatch watches every client’s lead path — forms, conversion tracking, SSL and email setup — and shows you the evidence when something breaks.

Lead-path monitoring checks everything between a visitor and a lead reaching the business — the form, the test submission, the notification email, conversion tracking and the domain’s email and SSL setup.

Works with WordPress · Webflow · HubSpot forms · Squarespace · Wix · custom sites

A contact form, a lead-path check with the office notification not received, and an incident notice for a roofing client.

What we check

More than a form check. Your whole lead path.

Lead forms, four levels deep

From “the form is there” to “the business’s notification email actually arrived” — checked on a schedule in an isolated browser.

Conversion tracking on submit

See whether GA4, Tag Manager, Meta and Google Ads tags fire on the thank-you step. Our tests never send real conversions.

Why it broke

JavaScript errors, HubSpot or reCAPTCHA embeds that failed to load, and slow lead pages — attached to every failure.

SSL and domain expiry

Daily checks with warnings at 30, 14 and 7 days, so no client site lapses quietly.

Email authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks for the domain that sends form notifications — a common reason leads land in spam.

Client reports and AI access

Monthly reports your clients can read — agency-branded on the Agency plan. Ask Claude or ChatGPT what broke through our MCP server.

What a “pass” means

Four levels of proof. Never blurred together.

Every result says exactly what was verified — so a confirmation email from your form is never mistaken for a lead reaching your team.

Form present

The page loads and the form and its fields exist.

Catches

Removed or renamed forms, broken pages

No submissions

Submission tested

A tagged test lead is submitted and your site’s success message appears.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask us.

How do I know if my website’s contact form is actually working?

Submitting it yourself only tells you about today. Thruwatch checks the form on a schedule, sends a clearly tagged test entry where you’ve authorized it, can confirm the notification email actually arrived, and alerts you with evidence when any step fails.

Doesn’t HubSpot or my form plugin already monitor this?

A form plugin only records submissions that reach it. It does not check that the form is still on the page, that the auto-reply went out, or that your team’s notification arrived.

Will test submissions count as real leads or ad conversions?

No. Test entries are clearly tagged, and the conversion check never sends a real ad conversion.

Which form builders and website platforms work with Thruwatch?

Thruwatch works with WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot forms, Squarespace, Wix and custom sites.

What does the beta cost, and what happens after?

The private beta is free through January 31, 2027, and no card is needed. Founding agencies who stay then get 50% off any plan for their first 12 months.
